- To return your product, please contact our customer service department at: email@example.com, and request a return authorization number.
- We will respond to return requests within 48 hours
- Orders received without authorization will take longer to process.
- Once authorization is given, simply mail your product back to the below address. Once your product is received, please allow 1-2 business days to process before either issuing a refund or sending a replacement product.
- We will complete all returns and refunds within 30 calendar days, usually much sooner.
- We make full refunds or exchanges for any damaged or lost shipments, unless we and the customer agreed on partial refunds
